After spending 20 years in the business world, I found that the better the understanding of the consumer and the business realities, the stronger the outcome. You won’t get to the “aha” moment by sitting behind the glass in a focus group, or brainstorming “fun” yet inactionable solutions. You get it through interaction, and mutual understanding. Throughout my career, I have always looked for authenticity from both a business and consumer perspective. This quest has led me to The Unfinished Sentence as I believe that empathy is key to creating the break-through ideas in marketing today.

This balance or “practical creativity” helps her to integrate consumer informed possibilities with business realities. She received her BA from the University for Michigan and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
